Anunciados neste domingo, o meio-campista Marquinhos Gabriel e o zagueiro Ernando são aguardados na terça, dia em que serão apresentados oficialmente à torcida vascaína em uma entrevista coletiva com transmissão pela VascoTV. Contudo, a direção cruz-maltina pretende realizar mais contratações para dar sequência ao processo de reestruturação do elenco para 2021.

أوضح المدير الفني للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي مانشستر يونايتد، إريك تين هاج، موقفه من الاعتماد على لاعب الوسط، كاسيميرو، في الموسم الحالي.

وتلقى كاسيميرو انتقادات قوية للغاية من الجماهير والإعلام والخبراء بعد مباراة ليفربول الماضية بالجولة الثالثة من الدوري الإنجليزي.

وظهر البرازيلي بمستوى سيء للغاية كلف مانشستر يونايتد اهتزاز شباكهم من قبل غريمهم التاريخي على ملعبهم “أولد ترافورد” قبل التوقف الدولي.

وقال تين هاج في تصريحات نقلتها شبكة “بي بي سي” البريطانية: “أحتاج كاسيميرو في الفريق بكل تأكيد”.

وتابع: “بالطبع، تحدثت معه عما حدث في مباراة ليفربول، لكن طبيعي أن يكون هناك يوم سيئً يمر به الجميع”.

واستمر: “إنه من ذوي الخبرة وهذه ليست المرة الأولى، أعتقد أنه يجيد التعامل مع الانتقادات والضغوط وعليه التغلب على الأمر، لكن هذا أمر طبيعي في الحياة”.

وعن التعاقد مع أوجارتي وإمكانية الاعتماد عليه: “في ناد مثل مانشستر يونايتد يجب أن يكون لديك أكثر من لاعب في كل مركز لأنك تنافس على أكثر من بطولة في الموسم”.

Wolves want Tommy Conway

According to Football Insider, Wolves are keen on signing Bristol City attacker Tommy Conway this month, but face plenty of competition for his signature.

"Premier League trio Wolves, Nottingham Forest and Brentford and Old Firm rivals Celtic and Rangers are tracking Bristol City hot-shot Tommy Conway, sources have told Football Insider. Conway has been on the radar of a number of top clubs following his breakthrough season last term with Bristol City where he scored 12 goals and provided four assists."

Conway is someone who is enjoying an excellent season for Bristol City, as the update alludes to, with goals and assists coming at an impressive rate. Six goals in 14 Championship starts is a good return for a player who is still only 21 years of age, and his goal in midweek against West Ham sent his side through to the FA Cup fourth round, helping them complete a cup upset.

The Bristol City star is also someone who seemingly backs himself to do big things in his career, recently talking up his chances of representing Scotland at Euro 2024 this summer:

“I don’t see why not. Obviously there’s competition in my position but I don’t see why I can’t be challenging those boys who have been called up before. It’ll be an interesting one but I can only get there if I’m performing well for my club so that’s my main focus."

Conway could be looked at as a long-term acquisition by Wolves, coming in as an exciting young prospect to begin with, but not necessarily one of the first names on O'Neil's team sheet. Over time, however, he could develop into a main man, and given his current impact, Wanderers could see him as a realistic target.

Mashonaland, leading Midlands by 83 runs on the first innings at Kwekwe, moved into a seemingly impregnable position in the second innings, as they often tend to do, thanks to a career-best score of 166 from their opener Brendan Taylor. At the end of the day Mashonaland had a lead of 426 with two full days to come and the weather apparently set fair.Midlands resumed at 82 for 4, but a gradual slide set in and they subsided to 194 all out on the stroke of lunch. The only batsmen to put up much resistance were Craig Ervine, the younger brother of Sean, with 54 and Innocent Chinyoka, who made 49. Douglas Hondo bowled most impressively, taking 4 for 25 in 16 overs, while the legspinner Graeme Cremer took 3 for 52.Then came the familiar Mashonaland second-innings onslaught. Taylor, aggressive from the start, shared an opening stand of 75 with Bernard Mlambo (30), and then piled on 191 with Barney Rogers, who was in superb form. Rogers was unlucky to miss his century, hitting 15 fours and a six, and had reached 97 when he swept at Prosper Utseya, only for the ball to run off his forearm and onto his wicket. Taylor, who slammed 22 fours and five sixes, fell to a return catch just before the close.

Much of the focus surrounding Everton this month has been on their second breach of the Premier League's Financial Fair Play rules after already being hit with a 10-point deduction earlier this season. With the January transfer window still open, however, the Toffees could yet turn the attention towards some positive news in the form of a fresh face.

Everton's second FFP charge

The Premier League confirmed the news of Everton's breach, with those at Goodison Park now left awaiting their punishment and plotting a possible appeal. Having climbed out of the relegation zone after their 10-point deduction, another similar punishment would be heartbreaking for Sean Dyche and his players, who have enjoyed a far better season than the table represents. Not going down without a fight, Everton released a statement in response to the news.

The news hasn't put an end to the Toffees' pursuit of reinforcements either, it seems. According to TeamTalk, Everton are eyeing a move to sign Pape Gueye, who Marseille are reportedly open to selling. The Merseyside club will have to fend off interest from Wolverhampton Wanderers if they are to land the midfielder's signature, however, in what could be a tight transfer battle.

Gueye has enjoyed a very successful tournament for Senegal at the African Cup of Nations so far, helping his country into the next round after playing in all three group stage victories. Already familiar with playing alongside Senegal teammate Idrissa Gana Gueye, the Marseille man could now join up with his countryman at Goodison Park before the end of the January transfer window.

Given that his contract expires in the summer, Everton could yet get a cut-price deal for Gueye if they make their move in the next week before the January transfer window slams shut.

Things haven't quite worked out for Gueye at Marseille, with just three appearances to his name in Ligue 1 representing his struggles this season. When at his best and playing consistently however, like he was during the last campaign, Gueye's stats show exactly why Everton are eyeing a move.

With Gueye's contract now coming to an end in France, there may be no better time than the present for all parties involved to part ways, leaving Everton to benefit. Prior to his move to Marseille, the midfielder was praised by Opta Jean, who posted on X: "Pape Gueye. 2165 minutes played, more than any other player born in 1999 or later (in Ligue 2). 182 duels won, 3rd best total for a midfielder. 44 interceptions, 4th best total at this position. A partida onde o Timbu começou a se tornar cada vez mais presente no plano ofensivo foi bastante rico em oportunidades claras de abrir a contagem na capital pernambucana. Além do zagueiro Camutanga ter carimbado o travessão em meio a finalizações onde Igor Leonardo foi decisivo, Hereda (na pequena área) tocou pela linha de fundo para desespero de Kieza, que chegava atrás, enquanto Romarinho aproveitou um contra-ataque do Vera Cruz extremamente veloz, driblou o goleiro e tocou pela linha de fundo sem goleiro.

Na reta final da primeira etapa, as coisas se complicaram para a equipe visitante tanto pela expulsão do zagueiro Wendel como pela abertura do marcador por parte de Erick. COLOCOU COM A MÃO

O enredo da partida caminhava para o Náutico aumentar a sua dianteira com Vinicius e Erick tendo finalizado de maneira perigosa contra o gol de Igor Leonardo. Mas, na base do contra-ataque e tendo espaços na defesa do Náutico para trabalhar, o Vera Cruz saiu em disparada com Everton Bala recebendo passe em profundidade e bateu, consciente, no ângulo esquerdo de Alex Alves que sequer conseguiu pular na bola.

DESLANCHOU

Até bem perto do apito final, o time de Vitória de Santo Antão parecia resistir bem as investidas do adversário, dando a esperança de que poderia arrancar um ponto do time da capital apesar das condições adversas.

Porém, Giovanny invadiu a pequena área e testou pro fundo das redes aos 40 e Bryan, com uma excelente jogada onde limpou a marcação e bateu forte, fugindo de Igor Leonardo, fechou o marcador nos Aflitos.

عقد مارسيل كولر المدير الفني محاضرة للاعبين قبل بدء فقرات المران، وذلك للحديث عن الاستعدادات لمواجهة جورماهيا الكيني.

قاد أندرياس إندويا مخطط الأحمال اللاعبين، في مران بدني متنوع بين الجيم وملعب التتش، واستمر لمدة ساعة مع بداية فقرات المران.

وأدى اللاعبون تدريبات متنوعة تحت إشراف مارسيل كولر المدير الفني في ختام فقرات المران.

وبدأ أشرف داري، مدافع الفريق المشاركة في التدريبات الجماعية للفريق التي أقيمت مساء اليوم الأربعاء على ملعب التتش بالجزيرة.

ومن جانبه، قال الدكتور أحمد جاب الله، إن أشرف داري تخلص من إصابة بجزع في كاحل القدم تعرض لها مع منتخب المغرب.

وأوضح طبيب الأهلي أن داري انتظم تدريجيا في التدريبات الجماعية اليوم، على أن يشارك جماعيا بشكل طبيعي بدءًا من الغد، وذلك بعد انتهاء البرنامج التأهيلي الذي خاضه مؤخرًا.

وقاد ميشيل يانكون مدرب الحراس، الرباعي محمد الشناوي ومصطفى شوبير وحمزة علاء ومصطفى مخلوف في تدريبات بدنية وفنية منفردة.

وحرص مارسيل كولر على الاجتماع بسامي قمصان مدرب الفريق، القائم بأعمال مدير الكرة، على هامش فقرات المران الجماعي، لمناقشة الاستعدادات لمواجهة فريق جورماهيا.

ويلتقي الأهلي مع فريق جورماهيا الكيني مساء السبت المقبل، في إياب دور الـ32 لبطولة دوري أبطال إفريقيا.

أكد عمر جابر لاعب فريق الكرة بـ الزمالك على صعوبة مباراة الأهلي في بطولة السوبر الإفريقي، والتي تجمع بينهما غدًا على ملعب المملكة آرينا بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

وكان الأهلي قد حقق لقب دوري أبطال إفريقيا على حساب الترجي التونسي، بالفوز عليه بهدف دون رد، ليتوج باللقب الـ12 في تاريخه.

بينما فاز الزمالك ببطولة كأس الكونفدرالية الإفريقية أمام نهضة بركان المغربي، ليحصد اللقب الثاني له بالبطولة القارية.

وقال عمر جابر في تصريحات خلال المؤتمر الصحفي: “نحن سعداء بالتواجد في المملكة العربية السعودية لخوض لقاء السوبر الأفريقي ونتقدم بالشكر للجميع على حسن الاستضافة قبل مباراة الغد”.
